1. Digital Products

All digital products, including:

• Activity Worksheets

• Kids Journals

• Bundles & Mega Packs

are non-refundable once they have been downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• You purchased the same product twice by mistake

• The product was not delivered
